WRCNA XIII Payment Plan

Use this option to pay registration in 4 installments. You must return to the site and select this option to make all 4 payments by 7/31/2025.

Important information about the new facility!

Many of the beds are queen and king sized and the occupancy is based on 2 people in each bed. There is an option in the online registration form to specify who you would like to share a bed with. If you do not have someone in mind, we can help pair you up at the time of the retreat. If you cannot share a bed for medical reasons, please let us know as we do have a very limited amount of twin beds. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please email registration.wrcna@gmail.com.

You may purchase chance to win tickets to win a stay in an upgraded cabin space. If you win, your bed buddy will stay with you, too! There are 12 chances to win (12 beds total). Feel free to purchase as many tickets as you’d like, more tickets = better your chances are. Each person can only win once. if your ticket is drawn after you’ve already won, a new ticket will be drawn so someone else can win.

Registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you many transfer your registration to another person, but you may not save it for the following year.
