Important information about the new facility!

Many of the beds are queen and king sized and the occupancy is based on 2 people in each bed. There is an option in the online registration form to specify who you would like to share a bed with. If you do not have someone in mind, we can help pair you up at the time of the retreat. If you cannot share a bed for medical reasons, please let us know as we do have a very limited amount of twin beds. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please email registration.wrcna@gmail.com.

You may purchase chance to win tickets to win a stay in an upgraded cabin space. If you win, your bed buddy will stay with you, too!

Registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you many transfer your registration to another person, but you may not save it for the following year.
